author : jamesVincent James Vezza usually writes under his given name. On occasion he employees the pseudonym of Jackson Badgenoone, pronounced Badge-No-One. Jackson's debut novel published in 2015 is award-winning title, The Hidden Treasure of Dutch Buffalo Creek. An Heirloom edition was published that same year, and released as an audiobook in 2018. \nIn 2018 Jackson penned a sequel novella titled NEVERBORN. Both books consider a realm of otherworldly observers who monitor human events. \n\nUnder his own name, Vincent wrote two short stories that same year, The Cranny, and the Monarch and the Moth. Like his earlier works, these books consider the impact of change on the human spirit. \n\nVincent was born to a career US Army officer, and travelled around the world. Upon completing graduate work, he fashioned a career in the ever changing world of technology. His books reflect many of the changes he experienced. Vincent encourages other writers who consider the impact of change. He manages a newspaper column, Trail Tales, that incorporates stories written by over a dozen authors. Most of them are colleagues who participate in a regional chapter of the North Carolina Writers' Network where Vincent serves as regional representative. \n\nThrough his imprint, Hidden Treasure Novels, Vincent provides a platform for some of those writers to share additional published works.
